Exchange and Return Policy for General Merchandise: You may return most merchandise within 14 days of receipt, and you must adhere to the following guidelines: Include original receipt or packing slip of return item with package. Merchandise is in new, resalable condition with all original packaging intact. This includes manuals, blank warranty cards, and other accessories provided by the manufacturer. All return must have an RMA (return merchandise authorization) number on the outside of the package. To obtain a RMA number, please contact us at info@32sports.com. We cannot accept packages with no RMA numbers. We are not responsible for lost packages. Please make sure your return package is insured and has a tracking number. Once our warehouse receives the return merchandise, we will issue a refund to your account within 3-5 business days. Stock Availability: Although we update our stock availability information every business day, we do not have real time inventory information from the warehouses we work with.
